              Turning Ordinary into Engineering
Engineering has become one of the hottest buzzwords in education, but most resources fall critically short in pursuit of meaningful engineering activities.
The many resources provided at the Lincoln Technology and Tinkering Center, address this weakness and include the 5 essential steps in the Engineering Design Process, used by all engineers in every engineering activity.  Thanks to parent donations, this center includes:  Lego Boost Robotics, Lego We2, Lego , Apple's JimmyJu Robots, Spheros, Olies, Mini-drones, Kano Make Your Own Computers, Electrobits, Makey Makeys, LilBits, Lilbits Coding, LilBits Synthesizer.

Donations also contribute to STEAM BINS, which provide supplies needed to create, innovate and step through the engineering process.  As students engage in these lessons, they will learn how to adjust and improve their designs and products.  These robust, cross-curricular activities will  challenge students’ scientific thinking and build on 21st Century Skills that students need to be successful in education today
