With technology's exponential growth, I created this foundation as a platform to share free technology staff development resources for teachers and free enhanced productivity links for students and parents.
The "Teacher Entrepreneur Project" will provide an incentivized training model for dedicated teachers, with the end goal of designing a "scalable" staff development model that promotes continual training and retraining of personnel. The foundation will also supply sophisticated STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Math) resources and train both teachers and students to promote the creative power of tinkering and the engineering design process. The more individuals or companies donate, the more the foundation can fund both an incentivized training model for teachers and the support services needed to insure efficient foundation operations. Sufficient funding will guarantee a flexible, fair training system for teachers, a system which provides release time, teacher stipends for individual training, one-on-one coaching, and time for teachers to process new learning.
